WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, OR ISN'T WHAT I ORDERED?
If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to call our Customer Service team at +6010-351-2727 and let the representative know the details of your package.
Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
For returns at physical stores or online store, we only accept an exchange. No refund is allowed.
Please be informed that our product range and category availability may differ between online and in-store. Hence, the exchange of item(s) is subject to store availability.
If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the returned item, the difference will not be refunded.
You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return in one of our own Outlet (free returns)

Provide our Customer Service team your order details and reason for returns.
Print out your return form(s) that will be provided by our Customer Service team via email.
Insert your return form into the return parcel, then seal the parcel.
Proceed to the nearest post office to post back your returns.
Take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service as a reference.

In-Store Returns (free returns)
Please follow the steps below for your returns:
Go to any of our store locations (click here for store locations).
Present your receipt or online tax invoice to verify your purchase.
If you have purchased online, please submit your Return Form (included at the bottom of your invoice).
Our store staff will look into the returned items.
If the returned item(s) met the requirements of our Return Policy, you may proceed for an exchange.

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the category or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, Melipoly will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
Please be sure to bring your proof of order, such as the Click and Collect Collection Confirmation email or Order Shipment Confirmation email. Please note; we can only accept returns according to our return policy.
